Here at Whispering Dandelion Farm & Venue, D.B.A., we offer a place for people of all ages and background to gather and enjoy life on the farm.  Diversity is celebrated at Whispering Dandelion Farm.  We have multiple farm animals to interact with.  We yard games, inflatables, occasional bonfires.

What's in the name?

Dandelions have spoken to me most of my life because of their under appreciated joyfulness that can bring out our inner child if only we spend time enjoying them rather than cursing them.

As for “Whispering”. That’s a bit more personal for me.  You see,  I spent the majority of my life whispering, afraid to speak most of the time and definitely far from confident enough to think anyone would value my words or opinions.  Because of a couple years of self reflection and many years of observing rather than participating I’ve found my voice.

Allowing myself to find joy in the small things, like dandelions, has helped me grow into a much stronger person.  Though I’m no longer silent or whispering, I don’t want to forget my whispering years and how I grew into the person I am today because of things like dandelions.  I will do my best to focus on the joy of dandelions so that I don’t return to merely whispering.
