Due to our move, our farm stay apartment is currently under construction.

Rules:

Gatherings allowed only with prior approval. 

Children must be supervised at all times. 

Use hot tub at own risk taking any medical conditions into consideration. 

Do not enter any fenced area where animals are enclosed without 

a signed waiver and a member of farm staff. 

No smoking or vaping anything inside the apartment or around other farm guests. 

Doing so will result in extra fees. 

No illegal substances allowed on the property.  

Check Kentucky laws if you are unsure of what is legal in Kentucky.

Dispose of cigarettes in provided ash tray. Leaving them on the ground will result in extra fees. 

Dogs only, no cats or other animals without prior approval.  Max 2 dogs.

Pets require extra fees. Only house trained and crate trained pets allowed. 

Pets must be leashed when outside, not taken around our animals, and must be crated when left unattended in the apartment. 

Undisclosed pets and pets not being properly contained by their owners will incur extra fees. 

Shower prior using the hot tub and do not use lotions or oils before using hot tub. 

No glass in or around hot tub.
